I have been with Tabitha's agency for over a year now and I must say how completely satisfied I am with her and her staff. They go above and beyond to make sure we (my boyfriend and I) get the best rates. I really appreciate the detailed explanations they give for coverages, extras, and any charges or discrepancies. Other agencies I have dealt with always seem to be in a hurry when explaining these things and get annoyed when we ask questions. It gets to the point where I just prefer not to ask. Tabitha and her staff leave no question unanswered and make sure you understand before the end of the call. Even though they are busy (which is understandable due to their exceptional customer service), they have no issue returning calls and dedicating an hour or so to focus on us.
